Lost Tooth

Monk lost his first tooth today.  He has been working hard at wiggling it in order for it to come out.  He lost it while he was at school.  I had a little bit of a hard time with this.  I wanted to be there to share in his excitement.

Dutch Boys 2012

Fisherman and I took the boys out last week to get their pictures by the tulips while we still can.  They are such cute little dutch boys, but I am a little bias.

FL Randoms

The boys were complaining of getting soap in their eyes when I had to wash their hair every night so I finally got smart and put their goggles on them. Here is the happy couple modeling them for me.
I wish Bug had spent more time sitting in the stroller like this, but sadly he wanted to be out and "exploring" all of the time.

The three little men in my life.
This picture makes me smile. One of the nights we went out for dinner there was a stage near where we were sitting. The Bug had a great time bustin' a move with his big brother.
We had a fair amount of rain this year, but still had a couple of good sunsets.
The car rides there and back were not the most fabulous because of this guy, but we made it and that's all that counts. Here he is pictured having a ring pop that I would normally never let him have, but did because I was willing to do anything. The trip was another great one and as always my boys had a ton of fun!

Florida Part Two - The Beach

The boys LOVED the beach and looking for shells..

We went to the state park and found lots of shells there on a day that was rainy.

The Bug did not care for the sand so he was not on the beach much. His face looked like this pretty much the whole time he was on the beach, HA!

Florida Part One - Lovin' the pool!

I took three boys with my family to FL for spring break. They had so much fun and enjoyed the pool immensely.
The Monk man really took off in his swimming abilities. By the end of the week he was in the water without a life jacket on a lot. He also LOVED doing canon balls.
The Bug thought it was fun to run all over the place and explore EVERYTHING. He also thought that there were shallow stairs all the way around the pool and that he could just step in wherever he pleased.
So we bought this little pool in hopes of keeping him safe and occupied.

Summer in March?

We could not stay inside with the weather that we have been having. The boys had their first picnic and have had many more since.
Buggy had a couple of Popsicles and LOVES them. Have you ever seen a rounder face?

The boys have also been enjoying the Cozy Coupe ride.

They swam in the kiddie pool and played in the water table.

Lately

I have not been taking too many pictures lately and have not had much to blog about. Buggy had his first outside experience now that he can walk. He had so much fun and didn't want to come inside.
He has an obsession with hats and wants us to put them on him all the time. So for the majority of our time outside he wore Monk's helmet.
Monk has been wanting to play outside a lot. When we had some snow he made this giant snowball by himself. He later made a whole snowman out of it.
We are enjoying the Bug so much lately. As long as he is happy he is so much fun. He has the chunkiest cheeks and the best smile.

You Might Just Want to Sit Down

This past December the Monday right before Christmas, I was feeling a little off and after a test found out our family would now be a family of SIX!!!! It was so much fun to be able to tell Fisherman being Christmas and all. I took out a 0-3 Month onesie (MAN are they cute) and made a little fabric four for it. Then I took a picture of the three boys together and put a little note on it that said, "There seemed to be room for one more, so why now make it four on August 27, 2012." I wrapped it all up in Christmas paper. I had lost Fisherman's Christmas present and he knew this. I bought it in November, stashed it somewhere, and couldn't find it back. When I couldn't wait ANY longer to share the big news with him (mind you this was before actual Christmas day) I told him that I was SO excited to have finally found his gift and begged him to open this gift I had for him. He was almost angry with me. He wanted to wait until Christmas and that was that. After MUCH persuasion he decided to open this gift. He was just as surprised as I was when he saw what was inside this little box.

Yes Buggy and new baby will only be about 19 months apart. Yes we are going to be SUPER busy and have a CRAZY couple of years once this little one comes, BUT we would not have it any other way and we are overjoyed with the thought of another HUGE blessing being added to our family. We told the two big boys and they are SO excited and of course want another brother.

We are looking forward to feeling like our family is complete and have already enjoyed having multiple children and watching them interact with each other.

Monk's Kindergarten Class Party

This past weekend we had a birthday party for Monk with all the boys in his class. There were 15 boys at the party total. They had SO much fun, but MAN are boys WILD!
Monk wanted ice cream sundaes instead of cake.

He opened all his gifts and got TONS of fun things. After gifts my mom, Fisherman, and I took them swimming in the splash zone. They had so much fun and even though we endured a lot of chaos it was so fun seeing the smiles on all the boys faces while they were swimming. This birthday will always hold fun memories for the Monk man.

The 8th in Pictures

The Monkster had a good birthday day. When he woke up he opened two of his gifts which were a lego book and an angry bird. He brought smiley cookies and ring pops to school for a birthday treat.
After school we spent the afternoon doing whatever he wanted to do. We played a couple games of chutes and ladders and then we also built a lego set.
In the evening we went to pizza ranch for his birthday dinner and then came home to open the rest of his presents.

You can't forget the cake too. Monk had a wonderful 6th birthday. I can't believe that he is 6 years old already. Love you buddy!

The 6th in Pictures

Bebo had a very special 4th birthday this year. He started the day out by opening a couple of his presents.
Then we got on a train and headed for the aquarium just him and I. It was so wonderful to have this one on one time with Bebo.

Bebo was soooooo excited about the aquarium. He moved quickly from one thing to the next, but LOVED every minute of it. His favorites were the Nemos, the sharks, and the dolphin show.

We came home in time to have some of Bebo's favorite stromboli. He also opened the rest of his presents.

And we had cupcakes. Happy 4th birthday buddy! We love you so much!
