Keeping Busy Despite the Cold

Buggy wants nothing more than to be one of the big boys.  This picture makes me laugh.  Look at how squished their little arms are.
Monk was busy making this snowman for a couple days in a row.  He was pretty proud of himself and was willing to tell anyone the story of how he put it all together.
I asked Bebo to get himself dressed for his birthday party with Fisherman's family.  He grabbed Buggy's 2T jeans and somehow squeezed into them.  When asked if there was something wrong with his pants he kept saying no.  He was still oblivious as to why I was taking his picture.
For their birthday party with Fisherman's family the boys put together their own cake.  They had Ninjago figures on it and a dinosaur train with Ninjago figures in it for Silas.
We had some snow days in the last couple of weeks.  I try to think of things to do to keep the boys busy.  The last one we had, we made snowman cake balls.  Monk really enjoyed making them and decorating them.

Bebo was not as thrilled, but he still did a little decorating.

Baby Smiles

Equally as Funny

Sometimes Sir Bugglesworth gets a bad wrap, but he is a goofy little man.  He is equal parts mischievous and funny.  If he were only a stinker it may be a little harder to tolerate him.
We LOVE all his goofy little antics.  He makes the whole family laugh daily.
I was SO excited when I was able to get these faces on camera.  He makes these faces a lot while he is doing different things.  This time he was getting on the coffee table, he would do this little jig and then jump to the ottoman.  I was feeding the baby and the camera was right next to me.

A lot of nights Fisherman and I have a Buggy story to share.  Our lives surely would not be the same without him.
We love him to pieces!

Boys Yearly Pictures

Pictures are something that are so meaningful to me.  I have a horrid memory and so I like to capture images of my kids to remind me of who they were at certain ages.  I am addicted to EVZ Photography  and how she is able to capture personality in her photos. She just got this new background and I am so glad that we did the boys pictures with it.  I LOVE the way each one of them turned out.  Above are the Monk man's 7 year old photos.
 Buggy's 2 year photos
A fabulous group photo that I will forever cherish.
Bebo's 5 year old photos.

Brothers and Best Friends

Some days are hard having four boys under 7, but there is not a day that goes by that I regret having them this close in age.  These two are the best of buds.  They look out for each other.  If one is getting punished the other will sometimes plea for a smaller consequence.  When Bebo goes to get his hair cut and gets a sucker when he is done he never forgets to ask for an extra for his brother Monk.  When Monk made Christmas cookies at his class Christmas party at school he saved one so that Bebo could have one as well.  Even though they sleep in the same room on bunk beds they ask many times a week to sleep on the bottom bunk together.  Words cannot express the joy their love for each other brings me.  They do fight at times, but most days are spent playing together in their room with legos, marbles, and DS games.

A Five Month Old Fuzz

Fisherman and I were just talking about how crazy it is that Fuzz has been a part of our family for five months already.   It has been a fast paced kind of life since he entered our family because it was right when school started for the big boys.  Also being the 4th child made us busy and thus seems to make time go by faster.

Fuzz is such a delight.  If I am out with him in public, I always get compliments as to what a good baby he is.  He is an easy going kind of guy.  He is rolling over both ways.  He LOVES to take his socks off and suck on those for awhile and then when he is done with that he sucks on his little piggy's.  This is one of my favorite things about the baby.  I just think it is so sweet.
He is full of smiles most of the time and I have finally been able to get more of them on camera.  He still nurses around 7 times a day.  He is also eating rice cereal a couple of times a day and he loves that.  He can't really fit into his 3-6 month clothing anymore so he is wearing 6-9 or 6-12 stuff.  He is skinny and long.  He is still wearing size one diapers.  This makes me laugh because they don't really fit him, but I had so many that I am trying to use them up.  I only have 10 more or so and after that he will move to 2's.
Fuzz, you are FULL of life.  We are enjoying your little personality immensely.  Your smell and baby soft skin is intoxicating.  I love you so incredibly much!  Love, Mama.

Matchy Matchy

I found a GREAT price on these matching pj's for the boys.  I wanted to get a good picture of all four of them.  Monk was major grumpy with me because he couldn't hold Fuzz.  Buggy has about two maybe three ok pictures in him before he gets crabby (see below) and Bebo has a hard time looking nice for photos no matter how hard he tries theses days.  When I was talking to him about this he said, "this is just what my face does Mom."

Cereal

The Fuzz had a little rice cereal for the first time this past week.  I am so sad that he is getting so big.   Out of all the babies he has done the best with his first solids.  Soon we will be moving on to some avocado.

Dinosaur Train Birthday Bash

On Sunday we had a Dinosaur Train party for Buggy.  He LOVED the balloons.
The cake eating was a little less messy this year.  He actually used a utensil.
Buggy LOVES opening presents.  It made Christmas a little crazy this year because of it.  He wanted to open EVERYONES present.  His birthday was awesome for him because he got to open every one of the presents.  He got a new sled, some frog boots (shown in the picture), a little read along bear named Cooper, and some food for the new kitchen that Fisherman and I got him.
It was a birthday success.

Beard

Monk came up with this little number by himself.  I asked him what made him think of making a beard and he said that he and Bebo were downstairs making beards and mustaches out of tape and while they were doing that he thought of being able to make them out of pipe cleaners.  He is a creative one.  I laughed so hard once he had it all put together.

Babysitters

Sometimes when Fisherman is gone I enlist these guys as my babysitters.  I am so thankful for them and Fuzz loves it when they talk to him.

The Third in Pictures

Buggy woke a little earlier than he has been.  Maybe he knew it was his birthday.  He LOVED the streamers and balloons on his door when he woke up.
His first gift of the day was a kitchen.  Fisherman so lovingly put this together.  It took him a LONG time.  Buggy was so busy playing with it that he didn't really want to eat breakfast.
For lunch he had a special "Happy Donalds" lunch.  He thought he was big stuff.  It was his first happy meal.
After nap we went to the aquatic center.  All the boys had so much fun, especially Buggy.
Even the Fuzz broke out his swimsuit.
He liked playing with the basketballs in the pool.
 Bebo coming down the slide.
When we got home h opened his last two gifts.  He is always into the big boy's Tervis mugs so I got him his own.  Since it is not spill proof it is for only at meals.
We had "ghetti"for dinner and ended the night with some Elmo or "Melmo" cupcakes.  It was a GREAT day celebrating Buggy.  Love him!

2 Years

Two years ago on this very day, I held this sweet baby boy in my arms for the first time ever.  He was a CUTE little baby if I do say so myself.  He had the most hair out of any of my babies and it was dark.  He had chunky cheeks and a cute little nose.  From the very first moment I knew he would be part of my life, my heart was forever changed.
Here he is at 6 months.  He was a trooper of a baby at this age.  He was this age in the summer so he was taken a lot of different places.  We were gone for a lot of July.
 A one year old boy
 18 Months
2 whole years
Buggy, you have REALLY changed our lives forever.  Let me tell you a little bit about yourself and what you are like being two.  I am not sure if it is curiosity or if you are just that much of a stinker, but you get into EVERYTHING.  A lot of toddlers get into things, but there is NO holding you back from ANYTHING.  IF you want it, you will find a way to get it.  This has resulted in A LOT of Christmas candy being taken off of the counter, butter being unwrapped, eggs taken out of the carton and broken on the floor, and the list goes on.  Most days you at least get into a couple things that you shouldn't.  Some may ask, "who is watching him?"  Well you are quick and sneaky too.
If I want to take your picture, there usually needs to be bribery involved so here you are having some of your Christmas gummy bears.
Though you are a bit of a stinker you also make us a laugh SO much.  You walk around and make funny little faces all the time.  You even have a goofy little walk that you do.  Your big brothers laugh at you a lot too and ask you to repeat certain words.  Buggy, you bring so much joy into our lives.  Dad and I love that you are our third little boy.  I love your smile, you sweet little snuggles, and your goofy little faces.  I will always love you no matter what.  Love you always and forever Mama.
